<p><strong>Torque™ 1-1/2" - 2" Diameter Rail Base with 1" Pin-Lock™ Ball</strong></p><p>The RAM® Torque™ rail mounting base securely attaches to bars 1.5” to 2” in diameter. The double-sided Pin-Lock™ rail base and ball allows for the connection of up to two devices and is ideal for securing small electronics, spotlights, cameras, or cup holders to ATVs, UTVs, off-road vehicles and heavy equipment rail bars.
