<p><strong>Add-A-Cleat</strong></p><p>A versatile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail 7/8" and 1" diameter ( will accommodate larger sizes with longer clamp). Construction consists of a husky Stainless Steel bracket and clamp with a 4-1/2" nylon coated aluminum cleat. Use them for fenders and flag halyards.
